Hey mythweavers! I've had a couple of people ask me this, so I figured I'd post the answer here. How do you get images to appear in posts? Well, there's a couple of ways you can do it, first of all you can attach it directly from your computer using the "Attachment" field just beneath the subject of a new post. This will shrink down the size of the image creating a thumbnail that you can click on to enlarge at the bottom of your post. You can just add a link of a photo right in, it won't show a thumbnail or image but members can click the link to get to the image, just like any other link posted would work. You can also add the image directly into your post (wherever you like) by click the image icon in the tags. The icon looks like this: When you click that image, it will give you a tag that looks like this <img> </img> (they will be square brackets rather than chevrons) and within that tag you will post the direct link to your picture! If you need to upload an image to a site in order to get a link you can use websites such as www.imageshack.us, www.photobucket.com, or my personal favorite, www.postimage.org. After you upload your image on that site, all you need to do is view your image, then right click, from the drop down menu click "view image" and copy/paste the link that appears in your address bar. I've attached a simple tutorial below!

Hey guys, I realize with the new version of the forum, this tutorial is out of date! In fact, you don't even need a tutorial with how you do it now! You click the little photo picture -> and just insert the link directly into the bar that pops up! No fuss! You can also embed videos!
